Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging materials. We do not accept returns on custom-made items, installed cabinetry, or any item damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or card provider again.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rtgcabinets.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to report such issues.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:
RTG Cabinets, 12502 Hempstead Rd., Houston, TX 77092

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
