Joel is the rare combination of smart, friendly, and passionate. I was genuinely impressed at his knowledge and experience. On our first visit he walked us through their product line, and asked questions about design specifics and features we might be interested in. On our second visit (after I was able to take measurements of our kitchen) we did the design together at his desk. As we modeled the kitchen together, he gave us insights and took the time to show us various options that would work in our space. We had shopped around at a few other cabinet stores and none even came close to this level of customer service. I left the second visit feeling like we had surveyed all our options and truly made the best decision for our home. Being able to have that confidence is a huge plus. Not to mention that this service was included in the cost of the cabinets which were quite affordable! Joel was also very communicative and gave us updates along the way and coordinated the assembly, delivery, and installation in alignment with our schedule. RTG Cabinets and specifically Joel are the kind of people I look forward to working with again. It was such a great experience we have even begun thinking of what we can do in our closet and bathroom spaces! If you need cabinets, give them a visit. You will not be disappointed! Within 15 minutes of showing her the measurements she has the entire project built into CAD. They have held my hand the entire way into my remodeling career. They’re incredibly patient and act as if they are a partner in my business. They don’t just sell you the cabinets and tell you to figure it out!
